When typing an email to send to, it predicts a contact. Is there any way in the system to share a contact address book between accounts? So if i have 5 emails, they all use the same contacts?

WebMail Pro is focused on personal-level features. If you're looking for groupware features, like sharing contacts and calendars, global address book, Outlook Sync etc., take a look at Afterlogic Aurora Corporate.
And in case of WebMail Pro, you can add multiple accounts to the same user (Settings > Email Accounts > Add New Account) and switch between them using dropdown tool. No matter how many accounts are added that way, it'll be one user and the same contact list will be used.
