I would like to do the following when the user hits the SPAM button to mark a message or messages as SPAM.
1) permanently delete the marked messages, with NO pop-up prompt.

How do I do this mod?

Thanks!

Hello,

We do allow the modification of the source code, but if you require assistance from our developers with the customization of the product, that can be arranged in terms of Professional Services contract.

No thanks, not paying for a quick mod. You all should have an admin setting anyways that turns off the SPAM folder and spam button in the first place then I wouldn't have users continually hitting SPAM and loading their spam folder with thousands of emails that never get purged automatically.

In Manage Folders screen, user can click "Setup special folders" button and set "No usage assigned" option for Spam. Once that's done, Spam button will no longer be shown, and user can remove the Spam folder, too.
