I installed AfterLogic XMailServer,but when I try to start the service from Control panel/Services,it start and stop immediately. So I can´t connect to add users or to do anything else. Anyone can help me please ?

Perhaps, another service bound SMTP/POP3 ports that doesn't allow AfterLogic XMail Server to bind these ports.
To make sure, please run AfterLogic XMail Server in debug mode and provide us with the debug log. To do this, open Start / Run, type cmd, press Enter. In the opened window run:
PATH_TO_INSTALL_XMAIL\MailRoot\bin\XMail -Md --debug > debug_log.txt
Use Request Support form for this purpose.

Hello. Thanks a lot. I finally could start the service. Next I followed all the steps written on the documentation to update files server.tab and crtlaccounts.tab. But now I keep getting this error whwn I try to do anything : ¨-00105 Bad controller login¨. How can I fix this ?

It seems you've tried to connect to the Control Server via some kind of administrative tool.
In this case, you need to know that when you choose a password you'd like for the controller, you need to encrypt it with the "XMCrypt" program shipped with XMail server.
Take the encrypted result from XMCrypt and place it into ctrlaccounts.tab on your server as your password. However, you should still use the non-encrypted password in your Administrative Tools to log in.
