Probably, one of the addresses typen (To or CC) is considered invalid by your mail server (not by MailBee).
Since you haven't specified which email address causes the problem and what mail server you are using, we can do very little in this case. Could you provide us with a test account on your server and URL or your WebMail installation so we would be able to help you in more detail? You may send this information to mailbee@iforum.com.
