This appears to be a bug in Webmail Pro: Using "Contacts" in mobile view stops external links from working when switching back to "Mail".
This bug is reproducible in mobile view on the demo at <https://webmail.afterlogic.com>:
1. Login using mobile view (i.e., use a small screen)
2. Click the gear icon in the top right
3. Click "Contacts"
4. Click the gear icon in the top right again
5. Click "Mail"
6. View the "Good guy in your network family" sample message
7. Scroll to the bottom and click the "Twitter" link
Expected result: Twitter opens.
Actual result: Nothing happens.
Some debugging by my colleague suggests that after clicking on "Contacts"" it loads the file "/static/js/vendors~ContactsMobileWebclient.app.0ca280fde88928f00ee2.js", which appears to add an event listener to the 'click' event. This listener doesn't go away once you go back to "Mail" view. Looking at the code it calls (function handleLiveEvent(e) of the file above), it doesn't seem to expect any clicks to be on actual links and so doesn't seem to handle them.

Thank you for letting us know, I was able to reproduce the issue and have reported it to the developers.
We're going to release a new version within a week or two, and there's a good chance this issue will be fixed there. Thanks again!

I note that the 8.3.16 changelog says "Fixed issue with clicking external link in mobile version", but this problem still happens in my testing.
I tried verifying it on the <https://webmail.afterlogic.com/> site, but that site doesn't work for me any more: it says:
"The username or password you entered is incorrect. (Error executing "CreateBucket" on "https://default../"; AWS HTTP error: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: default..; Unknown error (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html))"

I've just tested this on the latest installation and I confirm the issue is corrected there. Perhaps, you have the pages cached in your mobile browser, try purging the cache and see if that helps.
Also, thank you for reporting the issue with the Live Demo, our web team is working on fixing this now.

Hmmm -- this is puzzling, because my colleague and I can also still duplicate it on https://webmail.afterlogic.com/ today, even after completely clearing the browser's cache, force-reloading the page, and using a private browsing window.
Here's the steps we're following:
1. Login using mobile view (i.e., use a small screen) at <https://webmail.afterlogic.com>:

Sorry, looks like I didn't go through the complete sequence of steps to reproduce the problem this time, and yes, I confirm it is still there. Developers are looking into this now. Thank you!

We've just released version 8.3.18 of WebMail Pro, the issue should no longer be there. Thanks again.
