It's a DNS resolution error, server with that name couldn't be found. Looks like you've specified smpt.1und1.de while it probably should be smtp.1und1.de there.

You can use SMTP.ErrCode property to find out the exact cause of the error. I guess ErrCode=3 or 4 (probably) in your case.
Negative error codes in the log are too broad to be analyzed on their own. They only have meaning in the context of the log file (preceding lines, etc).
