Hi there!

I'm working on moving to non Google apps and wanted to know what it would take to sync data with a non Google calendar app like this one:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplemobiletools.calendar

Is this something that could be done? If so, would it be through the app or by other means?

I can provide more details if needed.

Thanks for your time!

As far as I can tell from the description, the app allows for importing ICS, and in Google Calendar you can open settings of specific calendar and grab ICS from there. So you basically need to export your Google calendars represented as ICSs file, and one by one, import them into the other app. Naturally, WebMail Pro allows for both importing and exporting calendars as ICS files.

This, however, isn't really about syncing data - it's about migrating data from old app to new one so you don't use the old app anymore. Syncing is done via special protocols - in case of WebMail Pro, DAV is used, and there are calendar applications which offer CalDAV support.

Hope this helps!
