Size Limit for Webmail PRO in the section FILE???
Exaplame file setting.xml:

Developers state that Files/SizeLimit setting is indeed used, it has effect after picking a file but prior to attempting uploading it. The value needs to be supplied in Mbytes.

WebMail Pro supports a limit on a single file size. Quota on total disk space taken by a user account isn't currently supported.
