Dear afterlogic and other member,
i need help for my afterlogic mail client, i always get "The username or password you entered is incorrect" notification even if my user and password already correct... how to fix this ?
i attached screenshoot on this case...

To find out what exactly is causing the problem, you'll need to enable logging in AdminPanel, make sure log verbosity is set to Debug, reproduce the problem and check what's in the logs. We might be able to help you further on this if you provide us with the logs. You can send us the logs privately via HelpDesk.
