Inside signatures, theres no button to upload a logo or not even a URL to a logo, or at least I dont see it in my installation. But strangely, I opened my logo in a web page and was able to copy x paste the image to the signature. :) On
ly downside is that its an absolute link and not really embedded in email which is ideal to avoid warning about external images.
Is there a button to upload image?
Can you guys consider making it embedded image?
Thanks.

Currently, the approach you described (pasting image from the external source) is the only available option. Unlike the case of embedding file for sending it out with the message just once, using embedded image in signature would require storing it permanently on WebMail end. Not saying it's not possible, and we definitely consider adding it, still it requires a bit of research yet.

Hi,
Ok, so 2 things here imho:
1) A button to be able to specify an image, even being an absolute link. IMHO its missing and easy to add. Just an add image button and user types http://mydomain.com/logo.gif. Thats how for example atmail is (they have embedded which is a plus also).
2) Embed images in signature instead of adding absolute link, since absolute link many users that receive (Outlook, Gmail, etc) block and ask user "do you want to view external images".
So kindly add these feature requests.
Thanks for being open to my requests.

Well yes, it's not an easy choice between the two. I have forwarded the suggestion to the product management team - and most likely, we'll stick to the 2nd option due to the "external images" reason you've outlined.
