Hi Guys,
Need some help, I have installed the Afterlogic Pro version and most of my accounts are ok. I can login fine, view emails,send emails. But I have one mailbox which has a lot of emails and folders. Every time I login the folders and emails don't show up and I get the following message:

I tried the following:
- at the first the script was timing out so increased the time using set_time_limit(0);
Please help.

Exception text is not enough to understand what's going on, we need the complete log which includes conversation with IMAP server. You can provide the logs privately via HelpDesk.
Also note that having message threading enabled can affect the performance, try disabling that in account settings and see if it helps.
