Can I let users create mail under my domain?
Can I use mailbe as hotmail?

Creating mail accounts is not supported by mail protocols (such as POP3 or IMAP). Some mail servers provide their own proprietary APIs for this. If your mail server supports such API which can be used within ASP, we can implement account creation feature for you in terms of a custom project.

As for Hotmail, this is integrated system: mail server + its native webmail. Their webmail uses their own proprietary API to access and create mailboxes.
