Hello,

Although I haven't reached themailbox size limit i've set for myself & staff, I was wondering what happens when the limit is reached?

Is a message diaplayed?
What happens to email recieved that is bigger than the space remaining?
Can emails be sent? If so, can attachments be sent?

I'm just looking for answers before I get the questions

Thanks

Mark

MailBee receives all available messages until the mailbox becomes full. After that, no more messages will be accepted until the max size of mailbox gets increased or the user frees some space in the mailbox.

Yes, the following message is shown:
"Sorry, your mailbox size limit is exceeded"

Although a large message exceeding the maximum message box size is actually sent (with all attachments), it is not placed into "Sent Messages" folder. Also, the message mentioned above is shown.

Regards,
Alex
