During installation, I get an "Enter Password" prompt four times. It seems to be asking for the MySQL root password, although it doesn't say this. After entering it four times, the installation completes. When I checked with support, they said they don't know what this is about.
When I attempt to log into the admin panel, I'm simply redirected back to the cPanel webmail login screen:
1) Log into cPanel
2) Log into account's webmail
3) Select Afterlogic Pro
4) See Afterlogic Pro inbox
5) Paste Afterlogic Pro admin URL
6) Get cPanel webmail login prompt
7) Afterlogic admin credentials don't work; must use cPanel account
8) Get webmail selection screen; return to step 3
This happens every time. What am I doing wrong? Are the two issues related?

Looks like step 5 is the problem. Rather than pasting full adminpanel URL, append adminpanel/index.php to URL which is already there in browser's address bar.
