Forced to use WebMail since problems with my site server and email. Must edit and upload daily reviews from my staff to my wite but all text attachments in WebMail end in .webloc and when I click them they only open a new WebMail screen. When I delete the suffix up to .doc (the way the files usually come to me), it ways "File Format Invalid."

I'm not sure I understand the problem. Are you saying that attachments are uploaded with incorrect file extension, or it's just that they're not properly recognized? Would that be possible to provide us with test account access so that we can look into this directly? You can send the credentials via HelpDesk.
