It seems you should set the correct path to 'Data' folder in WebmailPHP settings.
For instance, if you've moved the 'Data' folder to "C:/webmailphp/", you should make the following change:
$strIniDir = "C:/webmailphp/data/";
Note, the last '/' character in this string is necessary.
Good luck

You may want to try....
if you have a host that uses Cpanel
/home/username/public_html/the rest of the directory path/
I had to CHMOD 766 my data/settings/config.php for any thing to work
as well as the data directory as well

There is a white space at the last line of smtp_class.php. This causes the PHP to error out on new.php. Need to delete the whitespace in smtp_class.php and the error that you get when trying to send mail will go away.
I also deleted the SMTP server from the admin panel mailadm.php. This allowed my mail to be sent successfully.
HOPE THIS HELPS!!!

Thank you for the point. We've fixed this issue as you described. The problem appeared only when server response buffering is off (it's on by default), that's why it didn't appear on our test installations.
Regards,
Alex
