Hi all,
Calendar and Contact sync is working just great except for mobile Apple devices with the new ios 7 (7.02). It was fine under 6.
Even though the profiles are saved on the device no calendar is available.
Any workaround available?

(fyi: it seems to be an ios7 issue, since a lot of other users of different caldav servers face the same problem)

We have already heard of such issue, but we weren't able to reproduce it using our own WebMail Pro install with our iOS7-powered device. Can you maybe provide us with test account access we could try to use? Feel free to provide access details via our HelpDesk.

Actually, we were able to confirm this with our own setup. This looks like iOS issue indeed, and it's unlikely we can offer any workarounds here, developers are still investigating this though.

Thanks, I'm forwarding this information to the developers. We're absolutely interested in getting mobile sync with devices powered by iOS7 to work, and if there's any workaround we can add, it will be there.

We'd like to let you know that upgrading to new iOS release 7.0.3 fixes the problem, mobile sync should work there as expected.

no it does not work. I even reset my iphone an ipad.
The profile/ calender is visible in the SETTINGS menu of the devices with no error but it does not show up in the native calendar app.
Unfortunately I cannot go back to an older ios anymore.
If it works for you my assumption is that your demo setup is somehow different
Any ideas?

Thanks Alex, I check the profiles of demo already. No success. I was traying to setup up the caldav etry manual (no profiles) using: http://dav.afterlogic.com/calendars/demo109036@afterlogic.com/Default
Alex if I am the only one having this issue I will look further on my side. On the other hand I tested it with 4 different ios devices. All have the same issue.
I really don't want to bother too much, but it is essential for me.

Good point, btw (that restarting iPhone may help sometimes). Will add it as a new option in what-else-to-try-when-troubleshooting list in my mind :)
