We have a special section on our forum where you can post feature suggestions. Also, there's a separate resource at afterlogic.uservoice.com, you can post new votes there and vote for features suggested by others, and when the feature gets a lot of votes, that increases a chance the feature gets added into the product.

And yes, the suggestion itself looks worthy, we're considering adding IM client to the product for some time now, this isn't expected in the nearest future though.
Speaking of the nearest future, we're preparing a totally new product edition in addition to existing WebMail Pro. It'll be packed with tons of groupware features, and personally, I believe this is where IM client actually belongs.
