I have an issue where when we save and close a draft with attachments, then go back at a later time and then try to send that draft and it throws an "Internal Server Error". I put on logging on both my hmailserver and on the webmail application, but nothing is logged when this error occurs, in either log. I see plenty of debug info at login and sending of fresh emails, but nothing when the Internal Server Error pops.

Any ideas?

Is my understanding correct you're using ASP.NET version? That's a known problem with that version, hopefully there will be a fix for it in the future.

Yes, ASP.NET.

So let me understand this, we pay for a software, it has known bugs and all you can do is hope it is fixed? What kind of way is that to run a business? Please provide a timeline for repair.

I was quite certain that's a known issue because the developers have already spent many hours trying to narrow down the reasons of this. At the moment, they're still unsuccessful, and there's no way to tell when the issue is fixed.
