(A personel user folder should be created when a user logs in for the first time.)

I believe the message belongs to Suggestion list thread. Anyway, we're currently working on implementing DAV server support. CalDAV is implemented already for calendar backend support, CardDAV for contacts is on its way as well. The next step is file storage support, at the moment we don't have scheduling for this though.
