When I try to add attachment, NaNKB writes near the file name.
I'm trying to add a pdf file, 5 MB in size.

I attached the problem was not another of 1.5 mb pdf file.

Is this about PHP or ASP.NET version? Can you confirm you are using the latest WebMail Pro version?

First of all, be sure to check this Knowledge Base article.

The point which isn't mentioned there is that you need to have sufficient memory_limit setting supplied in your PHP configuration. Approximately, it should be 10 times the max. size of the attachment you'd like to be processed.

 Hope this helps!

If you'd like to request further assistance, please use our HelpDesk to submit a ticket. Be sure to include a link to this forum thread. We'll need access to the installation, Remote Desktop would be fine; alternately that might be FTP plus web-based access.
