I have this problem whem adding new user:

Wrong email/login and/or password. Authentication failed

how i could resolve this problem

Can you successfully authenticate with the credentials of the user you're trying to add with another email client like Thunderbird?

If not, you probably haven't created that user in your mail server or the credentials between the user you're trying to create in WebMail Pro do not match the actual credentials of the user on the mail server.
