I have just downloaded Webmail 6 and somewhat successfully installed it. I have also installed Funambol 10.02 using MySQL and have a single database for both. Webmail works and Funambol works but when I go to activate it in the admin console, it does NOT activate. When I check the checkmark and hit save, the check disappears and the fields are 'greyed' out. When funambol.php executes, it states that Mobile Sync is not active... What am I doing wrong??

You should make sure you have mcrypt extension enabled in your PHP configuration. WebMail Pro requires it to work with Funambol, and attempt to enable Mobile Sync while mcrypt is not available would cause the effect you've described.
