Good day,
Could you please tell me, how can I do:
1) When creating a new account, need automaticaly add filter? (For example ***SPAM*** move to Spam folder)

It might be possible. But first, we need to know if that's about PHP or .NET version. Also, Lite or Pro. And lastly, the version number might be required.

Please use this file as a content for data/custom/custom_data_class.php file. Most probably, you don't have that file as well as custom dir, and you'll need to create both. Good thing about files under data directory is that they're not replaced during product upgrades.
The file already contains working code for your particular case, feel free to modify it. You can add other filters there if you must. Note that those filters are not actually added to user's list of filters, they're just there for each and every user.
