My web application do not use MS SQL Server or MySQL but PostgreSQL.
Is there any support for such a DB?
Is MS SQL Server Express Edition supported?

It's not currently supported, but we're considering adding its support for future releases.

Yes, it should work fine. You'll probably need to
build ODBC connection string to configure database access.

I am using hMailserver and it installed MS SQL Server Compact Edition 3.5. Is it supported by WebMail Lite?

It should work as long as you supply correct ODBC connection string.
