Hi,
I've installed a WebMail Pro .net version and PHP version in my server, I noticed a big performance difference in loading mail, a PHP version is very fast even with large mailboxes, while the NET version is very slow even with small mailboxes.
My configuration is:
Windows Server 2008 R2 (x64)
IIS 7.5
PHP 5.3.5 configured in IIS via FastCGI
MySQL server 5.5.9 (x64)
Hmailserver is a mailserver
There are a configurations of IIS to improve performance in a .NET version?

According to lead developer of WebMail Pro, there were much more optimizations done in PHP edition compared to
ASP.NET one, so the situation you have described is an expected one. We keep working on improving both the
editions of course.

I'll update more and both versions to test the performance in new WebMail PRO edition!
