Just want to clarify the comment I see ...'It would be best to install 6.0 from scratch, or as a new install'...

That being said, then how does one migrate current clients over?
We are backing out of the 6.0 upgrade and going back to 5.x (whatever version we had) because of the loss of all the admin functions (not being able to reset / add passwords.. see what the customer has as setting.. to determine why they are having the results that they are.....et al.

Anyway, if we attempt another upgrade at another juncture... is there a migration path to move all the data to the new databases?

In WebMail Pro 6, we assume that mail messages are stored on mail server directly. Thus, as long as you have the
domain(s) configured, your users will be able to log in just fine. Sure, things like personal account settings,
contacts, calendars etc. will not be kept this way, and there's no way to move them from older version unless
you're upgrading it.

Great that will work fine.   Just was wanting to make sure that data(folders, emails) were not going to be lost.
Thank you.
