so.. now in Webmail 6.0, the admins no longer have access to the user's passwords or anything else. How is one suppose to re-set the user's passwords, when they have forgotten them??

The presence of this feature in v5 caused a lot of confusion. Webmail is not a mail server, it cannot change password on the server (as you can't change your mail account password on IMAP server with, let's say, Outlook). This feature just cleared the password in webmail database but that's all of it. The password on the server remained unchanged. We removed this so that only those features are shown which can actually work.
