Hi
I'm using the latest lite version for .NET connecting to an IMAP server via SSL (ie port 993).
I have around 50 folders but it's only showing the first 10 or so. Is that a restriction of the lite version or something else?

There are no known restrictions of such kind.
If you enter Manage Folders screen, do you see full list of folders there? If no, try pressing Reload Folder Tree,
does that help?

You can also enable logging and check main log to
find out whether full folder tree is fetched over IMAP.

PS all the folders show up when using Thunderbird/Outlook/etc - so it's not something (obvious) with the mail server

It downloads the full folder tree list with "LSUB" commands
It then downloads the full folder tree list with "LIST" commands
All my folders are under the INBOX - ie INBOX/work, INBOX/fun
My tree is mostly 3 levels deep - like this:
INBOX/aaa/111
INBOX/aaa/222
INBOX/bbb/333
INBOX/bbb/444
INBOX/ccc/555
In this case, INBOX/aaa and it's children are shown, INBOX/bbb & INBOX/ccc (and their children) are not shown.
In the LSUB/LIST responses, folder INBOX/aaa is listed as a folder with "HasChildren". But folders INBOX/bbb and INBOX/ccc are not listed at all - just their children.
When I look at the folders in Thunderbird, I can drop mail messages into INBOX/aaa but I can't drop them into INBOX/bbb and INBOX/ccc

I think the problem is the INBOX/bbb and INBOX/ccc folders that have children but aren't listed as folders. If I create a new folder INBOX/ddd and move a folder from INBOX/bbb then it will appear in the webmail client.
Seems like a bug to me... do you want me to start a support case with the log file attached?

I just found my old helpdesk thread - ebe20b0c - which had the same issue reported last year, before V5.x was released. I've just updated that helpdesk issue and attached the log file.
