so when ever somebody sends a mail, it has the RECPT to both the sender and the
person, I checked to make sure its not my MTA and its not so I was wondering how
to stop Webmail light from sending mail back to sender once sent to someone.

Are you saying that WebMail Lite is sending mail to recipient and to the original sender? If you check the email, is the sender reflected in To: or Cc: headers? If you try any other SMTP server, does it behave the same way? Are you using PHP or .NET version? What's the version number?
