Hello,
I've installed WebMail Lite and downloaded the email from my server using POP3. My server contains thousands of emails and a lot of them are from several mailing lists. I have created folders to put these mails and created some filters so they go automatically to their proper folders.
However i cannot figure out how to apply the filters to the mail already downloaded (actually i downloaded all the mail before i created the filters because i couldn't remember the prefixes used from some lists and i wanted to create some other filters based on email addresses). Is this possible? If yes, how? If not, is it hard to add this functionality? I can add it myself if pointed to the right places in the source :-).
Another question... are threads supported? I mean threaded view in mail for replies, etc.

Filters are applied on mail check for new messages only.

No, but we're considering adding this in the future.
