Dear afterlogic is there a way to lock the lite version or the pro version so that it gives permissions only to a list of selected domains or user accounts? Regards Zisopoulos Athanasios

If you uncheck Allow automatic registration of new users on first login option, users will only be able to use accounts added from within AdminPanel.

Additionally, turning off Allow users to add new email accounts option may be a good idea, so that users won't be able to add any linked accounts to their primary WebMail Pro accounts.

Is this option only in the Pro Version? I'm using the Lite version, and see nothing in the Admin panel related to administering users.

Indeed, that option can be found in WebMail Pro only. Things are simpler in WebMail Lite: you can have a list of domains there, and users will be able to set up accounts in those domains. If email address entered by user doesn't belong to any of those domains, default mail server settings will be used.
