I'm planning on using the iframe method to integrate an existing application with webmail. Is there a way through this that I can access webmail with a server side address only and not setup an external address?
I'd like to have the clients that use the existing application access the webmail ONLY through the iframe within the application and not through any direct external means.

Just delete default.aspx or index.php (depending on platform .NET or PHP) file in your WebMail installation, so it'll be possible to log into your WebMail installation through integration/iframe only.
