I just got XMail installed and so far it looks great. However when I tried to configure the WebMail \ Database Settings, both the MySQL and MS SQL are grayed out preventing me from typing in the settings.
Is there something I need to do to configure this correctly? I'm currently running MySQL 5.0.32 on this test box.
Thanks!

I also forgot to mention that this is the error displayed when I press "Test Connection"
Connect Error: Failed to connect. #0: Can't load MySQL extension.

I assume you're using Linux (PHP) version of the product, is that correct?
You need to make sure that MySQL extension for PHP is installed:
MySQL: Installing/Configuring
If you have downloaded and installed PHP from the repository of your Linux distribution, you should check for appropriate package called php-mysql or similarly.
