Dear Support staff,
We are testing the trial version of your .Net WebMailPro package and encountered the error when clicking on the "Check Email" button (Wrong email/login and/or password. Authentication failed.).
Here is our current environment info:
1. WebMailPro was installed successfully on .Net 3.5 version and data was hosted on SQL 2005.
2. I had a test email account on our email server and I also created a user from WebMail Admin panel to use the existing test email account.
3. I was able to use Outlook 2007 to connect and check mail successfully using the test account.
I may have missed something when setting up the email account. Please help!
Thank you.

First of all, while some email servers require username as login, others need full email address, be sure to try both the ways. You might also want to reconfigure WebMail Pro login page, check Login Settings screen of AdminPanel for this.
In case if that doesn't help, please enable logging in AdminPanel (Debug Settings > Enable Logging), reproduce the issue and provide us with the log file for examination.

Microsoft Outlook uses its proprietary protocol by default. Are you able to access that account using POP3/IMAP client like Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird?
