I have been using the trial version for 2 days & have been testing its functionality.

I sent a few test emails & they show up an hour or so later, but show up in my outlook instantly.

What setting do I need to change to get the emails to show up quicker?

Have you tried to press "Check Mail" button after a few seconds after sending? On sending, WebMail Pro immediately submits message to SMTP server and from that moment, delivery is a matter of the SMTP server. If you get a significant lag in delivery, that's an issue of the SMTP server.
