I downloaded the latest release of WebMail Pro Evaluation and receive this message:
Login failed for user ''. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.
I do not see anyplace where a connection is being established with any Sql Server.
Thanks

This is typical SQL Server configuration issue.
There're lots of articles with solutions in Google:

I still do not see anywhere in the WebMail where it is trying to establish a connection to a database. Where is that happening?

What exactly you need to see? The place in the source code the connection is established in?
Best regards,
Andrew
