          Hi all,

We recently installed Webmail Pro PHP and we
now have hundreds of customers using it. What
I have found is users with large POP3
mailboxes (40MB or over) will continuously get
login authentication failures when they first
try to login. Eventually they seem to be able
to get on and I am assuming this has to do
with the large download of mail to the Webmail
 Pro database.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? All
my customers are set to no use Direct Mode as
that caused massive delays for large
 mailboxes.

and password are correct and work on my old
webmail system. This seems to happen for all
mailboxes with large amounts of mail. Is
there a timeout setting I can adjust for this?

We need more information on this, please submit the log file using our Helpdesk. It would be helpful if you can provide us with a WebMail Pro account which would allow us to reproduce and investigate the issue.
