After logging into webmail i frequently get the error "Can't connect to IMAP server"
though the connectivity is proper. In outlook it works fine.

We are investigating another issue on your server now, and we experience difficulties while trying to connect to this server. It looks like the issue is caused by instable mail server performance.

There is no issue with connectivity to the mail server.Telnetting the server gives a quick response. Even while configuring the email id in Outlook, the speed is great. The problem definitely lies with the Webmail as I have eliminated all other suspects by repeated testing.
