This is the second attempt I've taken to run Webmail lite. No matter what settings I set for POP3, it will not log me in. What am I missing?

Do you try to log into POP3 account provided by some free email service or your hosting provider? Please refer to help page of your email service, there's a chance that some other port than a default one should be specified for POP3 connections. You can assign the necessary port in "WebMail Settings" screen of WebMail Lite Admin Panel. Please also make sure POP3 server name is specified correctly.
Please also note that some POP3 servers require specifying full email address as a login while others need a username (without @domain.name) for this purpose. You can configure WebMail Lite login page in "Login Settings" screen of Admin Panel.
If the above doesn't help, please send us the details of your POP3 account so we could assist you further.
