Hi guys,

Occasionally when sending emails the message ends up with no body contents. At first we only heard of the problem from one recipient, but now we have other recipients complaining of the same issue.

It seems as though when we compose a new message that has some body text in it, the received message on the other end is empty. (no body).

Any ideas why this would be happening?

Our people are primarily using Firefox 3 and IE 7.
