Is it possible to auto-save an email as a draft but not leave the composing screen? Also, if a person clicks on the Save to save a draft can the system be configured to keep that person on the compose screen without jumping them back to the inbox?

Those features are not available yet, we are considering implementing them in one of subsequent releases of the product. However, you are free to modify the source code of WebMail Pro to make it suit your needs.
