I set an option by mistake on my user account to store mail in database and delete mail from server. but now I need the mails in the databse in .eml format.

Does anyone have an idea or a tool that will help me acomplish this or at least can tell me the best way of going about this?

I have like 6000 mails so clicking each one clicking and saving each one is not a good option
