Hi support,

i have a problem when i send email with my imap account. The "Sent Items" is empty and "Sent" folder (default imap client create this folder) doesn't change.

Why Mailbee Webmail use "Sent Items"? Standard is "Sent".

When i compose message and i want to save, i have an error message "Can't save message. Sorry, your mailbox size limit is exceeded" but i have no limit in my account (enable mailbox size limit is uncheck)

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Walter

There is no standard name for "Sent" mail folder. Most e-mail clients (including MS Outlook Express) name this folder "Sent Items".

Users can't change system folder names but we can make a workaround for you if you are interested in different name for Sent Items folder.

Please enable "Admin Console" -> "Debug Settings" -> "Enable logging" checkbox, reproduce the issue and send us the resulting WebMail debug log for investigation through
Request Support Form.

Regards,
Alex
