This value doesn't seem to save from login to login. I check this and press save and then logout. When I log back in it is unchecked again. The Get/Synchronize Mails at login doesn't seem to work because the value isn't getting saved... maybe.

Further testing shows that the application isn't saving the value. When I set this in the database the application keeps the value and will get mail at login.

We couldn't reproduce the issue on our WebMail Pro installation.
Do you use AJAX or classic HTML UI mode? Could you please let us know the exact name and version of the web browser you use?
To let us reproduce and investigate the issue, could you please provide us with a test account on your WebMail installation?
You may send us the information via Request Support Form.
Best regards,
Andrew

Which database (exact name and version) do you use as a backend for WebMail Pro?
Have you upgraded your WebMail Pro installation to v4.1?
Best regards,
Andrew
