is there any way to add the read and relay recaipt on webmail software?
It should be simpe but I did not find it.

To put read receipt, add Disposition-Notification-To header and specify email address where to send confirmation mail as a value.
For Delivery Receipt, the name of the header is Return-Receipt-To.
You can add these headers using AddHeader method of MailBee.Message object (SendEmail function in functions_new.inc.asp already sets some headers of the message, you should add new headers there).
Please note that email clients and servers may ignore these headers. There is no way to force other entities to do anything if they do not support (or are not willing to perform) the requested action.
