Hello,

It is my understanding that there is no specific place in the view models of version 7.x where one might easily insert a DIV for displaying banners exclusively when the right pane is empty (no messages, no contacts, etc). Would you be so kind as to confirm the above observation or point out the particular place in the code that I seem to be missing? NB, that I am only referring to the banner display code and not the back-end javascript code needed for proper banner rendering.

I am currently evaluating ALW for a possible two-tier scheme and this is a key question for us, since it affects both the feasibility of our proposed revenue model and the level of customisation (i.e. deviation from standard code) that your ALW series of products might require in order to implement/maintain this model.

Thank you in advance for any insight you may be able to give.

I have checked this with the developers, and they confirm you are correct. At the moment, there's no specific place for that in case if preview pane is completely empty. In the future, we might add one, though I believe if we're doing it, offering just a place for supplying DIV is not really enough, providing ways of supplying JavaScript code there would also be necessary.
