The menssages panel doesn't show menssages from the sender below, even this being in the white-list. When we login with the same user in server's Roundcube the same menssages are showing. We have installed the latest Afterlogic PHP Webmail Lite. I think it's something about charset, that we didn't find out how to change in this version. Please, send us some help! Thanks!

I'm not sure I understand this; are you saying the message is displayed as blank? Does this occur only for messages from specific sender?
If you use Save tool for that message and open the EML file with Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird, are you able to view the message text?
By the way, we've just released an updated version of WebMail, you might want to try upgrading first.

When we save the message it's possible to view and read it without any problem. Other messages from this sender we can view without any problems at the webmail panel. And the sender is in the white list.
The panel just don't show it when, in the header's, the subject starts with the therm "=?utf-8?Q?". That's why I send the headers example.
I'm gona try the new version now.
PS - Sorry my bad English!

Igor,
How can I set the charset manually, as was possible in previous version?
I'd like to try to alternate between UTF and ISO, to see if the problems ends.

The switch you're referring to is only available if the message doesn't have charset information explicitly specified, so it might be the case. The switch is displayed at top right corner of the message preview pane:
There are no other ways to change message charset in current version of WebMail.

Please check our PHP parameters and see if you find something strange that might be causing the problem. Grateful!

Well, I don't think it has anything to do with PHP settings. Still, even though we don't offer free commercial-grade support for Lite, I think this case is worth an exception. We can't promise anything, but if you provide us with test account access, we might be able to assist. Please send the credentials through our HelpDesk, and be sure to include this thread URL.
