Hello!
I'm the sysadmin of a small ISP and hosting provider, and I've been having this trouble since I installed AL WM Lite... can't figure out why.
We were thinking of a heavily modded version of roundcube for our ISP clients to use, so we've separated our hosting webmail service from the ISP clients webmail.
So, the hosting service webmail, which is unified for all domains (we host 4 sites only, in fact), is running AL WebMail.
And, no matter what the mailbox size is, all it shows on bottom is "97.7MB".
Anyone here ever experienced this problem before?
tried to set "Take quota value from IMAP server" and setting mailbox size to zero. All to the same effect.
Hope someone can help me.
Thanks,
Henry.

It sounds like you're using outdated version of WebMail Lite, current one doesn't have "Take quota value from IMAP server" setting. I am assuming this is about PHP version.
In case if current one shows the same behavior, log into IMAP account and see what quota information is actually returned by server. The simplest way to do that is via telnet:
Code:
telnet your.domain.name 143
a LOGIN username@domain.name PassWord
a GETQUOTAROOT "INBOX" |
|
|
The last command should result in output of the following kind:
Code:
* QUOTA "ROOT" (STORAGE 61795 250000) |
|
|
The output means 62Mb are used, out of 250Mb total account space.

Wow... 5.0.4 versus 6.4.3...
Now... that's bizarre, I can swear I've downloaded it yesterday from the same download page (afterlogic.org/download) yesterday.
Yeah, it's the PhP version.
Updating now. Soon I'll bring some news. =)

Now it does not show the storage usage bar anywere.
Updated installation and database table, it seems that everything else still working properly.
The GETQUOTAROOT returns this:
. OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ SASL-IR LOGIN-REFERRALS ID ENABLE SORT SORT=DISPLAY THREAD=REFERENCES THREAD=REFS MULTIAPPEND UNSELECT IDLE CHILDREN NAMESPACE UIDPLUS LIST-EXTENDED I18NLEVEL=1 CONDSTORE QRESYNC ESEARCH ESORT SEARCHRES WITHIN CONTEXT=SEARCH LIST-STATUS QUOTA] Logged in
. getquotaroot "Inbox"
* QUOTAROOT "INBOX" "user"
* QUOTA "user" (STORAGE 14160 512000)
. OK Getquotaroot completed.
It seems that everything is working fine... maybe this is some misconfiguration... I don't know, really.
Any other tips?
Thanks,
Henry.

I'll check with the developers if they might have any suggestions. In the meantime, try placing another install separately, rather than upgrading existing one, and see if that one works.

One more thing: try switching the visual layout from horizontal to three-pane one, or vice versa, depending on which one you have now. Are you getting the quota bar in any of those two? There's a chance that you might need to log out and back in to see the changes completely.

Tried switching the layout, logging off and back in... nothing.
Installing it again from scratch.
Thanks for the attention. =)
-- Update:
No need to check it with developers, Igor! It works!
From scratch installation did work out, now I get "3% of your 500MB" and the status bar.
Thank you a lot! :D
AfterLogic Webmail is a great software, btw. :D
