First: Attach Files Error
Try change (upload_url: "upload.php" to upload_url: "upload.aspx") dont work.
Try change (flashInstalled = FLASH_NOT_INSTALLED; to //flashInstalled = FLASH_NOT_INSTALLED; ) work but not good.
Second: When change language, theme and others configs on adminpanel clients don't change the config
No solution
Please help ...

If Flash-based upload refuses to work, disabling it is the only solution. In version 6 available for PHP, we got rid of Flash uploader and replaced it with AJAX-based one.

Right, it's not supposed to work that way, changing settings only affects default config. Users are expected to tweak their account settings themselves.
